My name is Meghan Krumholz. As a nonprofit management professional with 15 years of experience, I am passionate about working with teams to develop tailored plans, tools, and resources that are responsive to their priorities and help them to operationalize their goals. My approach is grounded in learning, iteration, participation, and program quality (PQ), integrating adaptive management from program design through implementation and closeout.
Throughout my career, I have been humbled to work alongside dedicated nonprofit professionals. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to support and enable organizations to maximize their impact. Through Adaptive, I offer cross-cutting consulting services to nonprofits that are tailored to each organization's needs and priorities.
